Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. If you already have a plan, click Change Plan on Billing (or Change plan on a Pricing card). That opens the Stripe customer portal — it is not a new checkout. In the portal, click Update subscription, then pick a higher tier to upgrade or a lower tier to downgrade. Upgrades are usually prorated; downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. First-time subscribers still check out from Pricing. Each paid plan includes a one time starter pack (not a recurring coin allowance). Renewals do not add coins. An upgrade only credits the difference between the new pack and what you already received (Basic is 100 monthly / 150 annual, not 500). Example: annual Pro (1,500 coins) to Business (2,500 coins) adds 1,000 coins. Monthly Plus, Pro, and Business all start at 500, so switching among those monthly plans adds nothing. Downgrades never take coins back.

What are coins used for?

Coins are our in-app currency for purchasing station add-ons from the marketplace—quizzes, polls, AI chatbot, Video Jukebox, tips, paid hypes, and more.

Do coins expire?

No, your coin balance never expires. Use them whenever you're ready to enhance your station.

What happens to my station if I cancel?

If you cancel your paid subscription, your station will go offline at the end of your billing period. Your playlists and settings are preserved for 90 days in case you resubscribe. On the website, cancel from Billing → Manage Payment (Stripe customer portal). In the Android app, Billing → Cancel plan opens your Google Play subscription, where you turn off renewal.

Can I run multiple stations with different genres?

Absolutely! Pro and Business plans support multiple stations, each with their own playlists, branding, and add-ons.

What's the difference between Basic and Plus?

Basic is for small communities — it lets you run 1 station with up to 50 concurrent viewers. Plus and higher tiers lift the viewer cap to unlimited. All paid tiers include a one time starter pack when you first subscribe (see each tier card — monthly vs annual amounts differ). Renewals do not add coins. Buy more coin packs anytime.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer free trials, but the Free plan lets you explore all viewer features. When you're ready to broadcast, Basic starts at $4/month.
