Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

vidstations.tv is an online platform that streams curated music video stations powered by the YouTube IFrame Player API. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

2. Accounts

You may browse the Service as a guest. To participate in chat, vote, join the Front Row, or create stations you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. YouTube Content

All video content on vidstations.tv is served directly from YouTube's servers via the YouTube IFrame Player API. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content ourselves. By using the Service you also agree to be bound by:

• YouTube's Terms of Service
• Google's Privacy Policy

We have no control over the availability, quality, or content of videos hosted on YouTube. If a video is removed from YouTube it will no longer be playable on vidstations.tv.

4. User-Generated Content

You may submit content through the Service, including chat messages and station names. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Community Guidelines

When using chat and community features you must not post content that is:

• Hateful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Personally identifiable information of others without their consent
• In violation of any applicable law

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Virtual currency (Coins)

Coins have no cash value outside of the VidStations.tv ecosystem. Earnings are subject to platform fees and verification. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for stations found in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The vidstations.tv name, logo, and original site design are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All video content remains the property of its respective rights holders and is subject to YouTube's terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
